| 摘 要： | 分析了学习电脑电池盒盖薄壳塑件的成型工艺,并设计了成型该塑件的注射模.模具结构紧凑、动作可靠、操作简单、生产效率高,有效地解决了薄壳塑件成型中易起皱易翘曲的难题,为同类塑件的成型提供了一定的参考.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the molding process of a plastic part which is battery box cover,and designs an injection mould.The injection mould is of compact structure,simple operation,high efficiency and more reliability,to solve the corrugating and warping problem of the plastic thin-shelled parts when molding,and it also provides some reference for the same plastic parts forming. |
