浅析洗水净化药剂添加原理与应用

以屯兰矿选煤厂生产用水为例,采集一段浓缩池溢流为洗水样本进行试验,经比对水样净化效果来进一步掌握洗水净化工艺中所需药剂的添加方法,进而确定无机混凝剂PAC与有机絮凝剂PAM投加顺序及投加药剂量.通过本次实验研究,为该厂煤泥颗粒水系统的处理提供了有价值的参数,也为洗水净化、洗水闭路循环奠定了基础.试验结论应用实践后,节约了药剂投放量,获得了可观的经济效益,为解决同类问题提供了较好的方案.

Analysis on Principle and Application of Washing Water Purification Reagent Addition

Takes the production water in Tunlan coal preparation plant as example,collects a concentrated tank overflow as washing samples for testing,by comparison of water purifying effect,further master the required reagents adding method in washing water purifying process,and then determine the adding sequence and dosage of inorganic coagulant PAC and organic flocculants PAM.Through this experimental study,for the processing of slime particles water system in this plant provides valuable parameters,and also lay a foundation for washing water purifying and washing water closed-circuit circulation.After test results apply practice,save reagent dosage,obtain considerable economic benefits,provides a better solution to solve similar problems.
