| 摘 要： | 对高校实验室队伍建设的重要性做了阐述，分析了新建本科院校当前化学实验室队伍的现状及存在问题，从思想观念、改革体制、激励机制、引进高素质人才等方面，探索规划建设一支符合时代要求的实验室队伍的途径。

| Abstract: | The importance of building the ranks of university laboratory was described, and the current status and problems of the ranks of chemical laboratory was analyzed. Some advices were proposed for construction of laboratory staff team, such as the ideas, reform institutional, incentive mechanism, and the introduction of high - quality personnel. |
