TiO_2薄膜反应器制备及染料亚甲基兰降解研究

摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2粉体并制作TiO2薄膜光催化反应器,考察溶液阴离子、pH值、染料的初始浓度、光强度、照射时间、外加氧化剂等因素的影响。实验结果表明:SO42-的存在可以提高降解率,在pH=1,100W紫外灯间距10 cm照射120min,并外加适量H2O2的条件下,对初始浓度10mg/L的染料亚甲基蓝溶液的降解率可达到98.6%。

Abstract:The TiO2 powder and film reactions of photocatalysis degradation were prepared with Sol-Gel processing.The effects negative ion,pH,initial methylene blue concentration,light intensity,light time,and additional oxidant on the degree of photocatalysis degradation were investigated.The result showed that SO4^2- could improve the degradation rate.And the degradation rate of methylene blue reached 98.6% in optimum experimental condition,and the initial concentration of dye can be 10mg/L.
