基于ANSOFT的表贴式永磁电机齿槽转矩的优化设计

摘    要:在永磁电机设计中,由于永磁体和有槽电枢铁心的相互作用,会产生齿槽转矩,引起振动和噪声,影响电机的性能发挥。对于表贴式永磁电机,影响其齿槽转矩大小的因素有很多,本文用Ansoft Maxwell 2D软件对其进行建模,并结合遗传算法,对其极弧系数、永磁体厚度和极弧偏置等参数进行优化组合,最后对齿槽转矩的优化结果进行了仿真验证。

Optimization Design of Cogging Torque in a Surface-mounted Permanent Magnet Motor Based on ANSOFT
Abstract:In the design of Permanent magnet motors, the interaction between the permanent magnet and slotted armature lamination produces cogging torque, which may cause noise and vibration. In the SPM motor structure, it has many parameters to affect the size of the cogging torque of SPM motors. A model of the SPM motor was established by the software of Ansoft Maxwell 2D, and employed the genetic algorithm to optimize the parameters combination among the pole arc coefficient, the magnet thickness and pole arc offset. Finally, the result of optimization was simulated.
