摘    要:中国建筑市场已经进入提高品牌知名度的“名牌战略时代”.名牌战略时代将是以产品质量为核心,以企业的市场信誉度为主要动力的市场竞争时代.笔者就如何创建精品工程,实现“创精品,树品牌,提高企业竞争力”的战略目标,浅谈自己的看法.

Abstract:Construction in China is entering a brand strategy era by building up the reputation of the brand.In this era,the enterprises take the product quality as the most important thing,and take the reputation as the driving power.Views are present on how to create first-class buildings and how to realize the strategic goal ofimprove competitiveness for enterprises by building up first-class structure and well-known brands.
