| 摘 要： | 云浮电厂C厂2×300 MW“上大压小”循环硫化床燃煤发电工程5号、6号机组汽轮机自调试试运以来,在运行中一直存在润滑油水分超标的问题.为解决此问题,对轴封系统的运行参数、冷油器、油净化装置及油挡齿、外轴封齿的碰磨情况进行了仔细检查,通过采取加强对油净化装置的监控、适当调低轴封压力、防止冷油器渗漏、增加轴封加热器风机出...

| Abstract: | Superstandard water content in lubricant has been a problem in operation of steam turbine since debugging operation of steam turbine unit No.5 and No.6 in 2×300 MW "Replacing Small Units with Large Ones" circulating fluidized bed coal-fired power generation project in plant C of Yunfu power plant.Working parameter,oil cooler,reconditioner,collision between oil teeth of oil baffle and outer shaft seal are carefully examined to solve this problem.By strengthening the monitoring on reconditioner,properly decreasing pressure of shaft seal,preventing oil cooler leakage and increasing discharging point at outlet pipe,the superstandard water content in lubricant is effectively handled. |
