基于89C51单片机的晶闸管触发装置设计

摘    要:设计基于89C51单片机控制的三相全控桥式电路六路脉冲触发装置,系统可根据需要通过键盘输入控制角α,软件定时,并采集同步信号,控制计数器8253实现定时,从而驱动电路输出一定控制角α的六路脉冲信号送晶闸管门极。文章讨论了89C51单片机控制的触发装置的硬件电路设计和软件的实现,并对系统的控制精度和调节范围做了分析,具有一定的实用价值。

Abstract:The three-phase fully-controlled bridge pulse triggering device controlled by 89C51 is mainly introduced in this paper. This device controls angle ct as needed, calculates time by software, gathers simultaneous signals to realize timing by counter 8253 and outputs 6 pulse signals with an angle α to SCR gate. The hardware and software designs of triggering device controlled by 89C51 are discussed. The control accuracy and tuning range of this system are analyzed too. It has much value.
