神东矿区金烽煤低温干燥脱水的研究

摘    要:对煤干燥脱水工艺过程进行了研究,并对干燥过程进行优化,在降低金烽煤水分的同时,提高其发热量。研究结果表明,随着干燥时间的延长,煤样的水分降低值随之增加;热空气的温度越高,水分降低效果越明显,煤的发热量的提升越显著;不同湿度的空气对干燥效果的影响不大。该工艺可解决年轻烟煤含水量高、发热量低、难适合远距离运输的难题。

Research on low-temperature dewatering drying of Jinfeng coal of Shendong coal mining area
Abstract:The dewatering drying process of coal was studied,optimize the drying process,and the process was optimized to increase the calorific value while decreasing the coal moisture.The results showed that the extension of drying time could reduce the moisture content,the higher air temperature caused lower moisture content and higher calorific value,there was no obvious drying effect for different humidity of air.This process could resolve the problems of high moisture content,low calorific value,and difficult long-distance transportation for low-rank bituminous coal.
