高速超高速混装陶瓷球轴承结构参数的设计研究

摘    要:定义轴承结构参数中的最佳球径、危险球径和许用球径等概念,基于轴承拟静力学理论,引入Matlab软件计算高速超高速混装陶瓷球轴承不同工况下各定义球径与载荷、转速的关系曲线;用Hertz接触问题的有限元法分析方法,得到高速下球径与外圈接触应力的数值解。上述理论方法为开展高速超高速混装陶瓷球轴承乃至于普通轴承的结构参数设计提供依据。

Abstract:The concept of the three kinds of ball size, including optimal, dangerous and allowable ones, of bearing structural parameter was presented. Based on bearing quasi-statics, the relations among three defined ball size, loads and rotational speeds were calculated in high-and ultra-high-speed hybrid ceramic bearing by using the Matlab software. The accurate numerical value of contact stress in outer raceway and ball diameter under high-speed was achieved with the finite element analysis method of Hertz contact. The theory methods mentioned above can be used in high-and ultra-high-speed hybrid ceramic bearing as well as common baring in structural parameter design.
