渗失水指标判断重型精密金属切削机床设备基础质量的应用

摘    要:我国机械加工行业中,金属切削机床向重型精密方向的跨跃式发 展,对设备基 础的设计、施 工和检验等 方法产生了很大的影响。采用往设备基础内注满水,以单位时间内的渗失水指标,作为质量检验和质量判断方法之一,已经相当普遍。本文介绍了渗失水指标的应用,分析了渗失水指标的合理性,提出了量化公式和实用操作方法。

Abstract:The rapid development of metal cutting machine tools has made great influence upon the design, construction and test of equipment base quality. Water seepage loss index per unit time is now widely accepted as a quality test and appraisal method. This paper introduces the application of seepage loss index and provides the calculating formula and method.
