两种不同填料的除湿塔除湿性能研究

摘    要:本文介绍了盐水溶液除湿空调除湿机理,并对填料塔填料做了简单介绍。在实验中,分别使用350Y型金属孔板波纹,BX-500型塑料丝网波纹两种材料作为填料塔的填料。总结实验,从热湿交换效率的角度,对这2个使用不同填料的除湿塔进行了热力性能比较,总结了2种填料在除湿过程中的表现。并且总结了液气比对除湿塔除湿性能的影响。

The Research of the Performance of the Dehumidifier with Different Packing

Abstract:This paper introduced the theory of dehumidifying air conditioning and the packing. Two packed-type dehumidifier with different packing of 350Y and BX-500 was built during the experiment. The results were analyzed. The comparison of the two dehumidifiers was based on the efficiency of the heat transfer and the efficiency of the humidity transfer. The conclusion of the dehumidifying performance of two packing was drawn in the paper. The affection of the ratio of the flow of the solution and the flow of the air to the performance of the dehumidifier was established at last.
