摘    要:松辽盆地裂缝性火山岩储层的改造工艺措施较为有限,严重地影响了对其含气特征的认识与开发效果。为此,开展了针对裂缝性火山岩储层的人工裂缝破裂与延伸影响因素研究、耐高温低伤害压裂液体系研究,并针对裂缝性火山岩储层改造工艺措施进行优化,采用高黏液、优化射孔、多段塞支撑剂注入等措施提高施工成功率及压后效果,形成了裂缝性火山岩储层加砂压裂改造关键技术系列:小型压裂测试资料处理解释技术、多裂缝控制及降低滤失技术、压后返排工艺技术、火山岩优化设计技术等。应用结果表明,该配套关键技术可以满足生产的需要。

Abstract:The limitations on the stimulation measures bring out bad effect on the recognition of gas bearing property and the development of the fractured volcanic reservoirs in the Songliao Basin. As a result, in view of the fractured volcanic reservoirs, this paper studied the influencing factors on cracking and expansion of artificial fractures, and a kind of high temperature resistant fracturing fluid system with low damage, then optimized the previously used stimulation methods by adopting high viscosity fracturing fluid, optimum perforation as well as injection with multi slug proppant to improve the success rate of work and post fracturing effect, and finally developed a series of stimulation technologies in sand fracturing for the fractured volcanic reservoirs, which include (1)the technology of processing and interpretation of small fracturing test data, (2)the technology of multi fracture control and filtration reduction, (3)flowback technology after fracturing, and (4)the optimal design technology before fracturing. The application results show that this matching key technology can meet the demands of production.
