校企合作对校园体育文化的影响

为了积极推动"工学结合与校企合作"人才培养模式,以苏州信息职业技术学院为例,探索适合专业人才培养的体育教学方式.实践证明,通过不断拓展校企合作新渠道,积极营造校园体育文化氛围,校企合作为校园体育文化建设带来新的生命力,对推动课程教学改革、培养学生实践创新能力起到积极作用.同时,校企合作也促进了企业的发展,培养了企业员工的团队协作精神,增进了生产、建设、管理、服务第一线专门人才之间的感情交流.

Influence of school-enterprise cooperation on campus sport culture

In order to promote talent cultivation mode of＂integration of work and study,cooperation between school and enterprise＂,this paper expleres PE teaching methods adapting to professional talent training taking Suzhou College of Information Technology as an example practice has preved that through continuously developing new channels of school-enterprise cooperation and building campus sport culture atmosphere actively,school-enterprise cooperation brings new vitality to construction of campus sport culture and plays a positive role in promoting course teaching reform and cultivating students＇ practical and innovative ability.Meanwhile,it promotes the development of enterprises,cultivates employees＇ team spirit,and enhances emotional contact between first line special talents of producing,constructing,managing and servicing.
