| 摘 要： | 从高职教育资源及有效整合的内涵入手,探讨了高职教育资源整合解决资源不足、推动校企合作、促进政府支持、实现区域共享的现实意义.在分析教学产业园作为高职教育有效整合平台所具备的有利条件基础上,提出了依托教学产业园争取政府资源、整合校企资源、优化人力资源、建设教学资源等策略.

| Abstract: | Starting from connotation of higher vocational education resources and effective integration, this paper discusses the practical significances of integration of higher vocational education resources such as solving insufficiency problem of resources,promoting school - enterprise cooperation,accelerating government support and realizing region share.Based on analyzing the advantages of teaching industrial park as the platform for integrating resources of higher vocational education effectively,this paper puts forward strategies such as striving for government resources,integrating college and enterprise re-sources,optimizing manpower resources and constructing teaching resources. |
