| Abstract: | Key major construction is not only the key parts of college teaching quality projects of Minis-try of Education,but also important measures of colleges to deepen teaching reform,improve schooling level and education quality,and cultivate innovative talents.Combing construction practice of mechanical key majors of provincial level in School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Jiangsu Normal Uni-versity,this paper discusses the reform and innovation of ”1＋10”talent training mode. |
