| 摘 要： | 校园文化是提升高职教育质量的重要内容.从特色育人的视角,分析了建设类高职教育校园文化育人的紧迫性和重要性.传承优秀传统文化,创新人才培养模式,构建以"建德筑能,创新奉献"为核心的校园文化建设理念.提出了弘扬鲁班文化,实施鲁班文化工程.探索了鲁班传人的校园文化建设新路径.

| Abstract: | Campus culture is important content of improving the quality of higher vocational edu-cation.From perspective of characteristic education,this paper analyzes the urgency and impor-tance of campus culture education in higher vocational colleges of construction specialty,and puts forward that we should inherit fine traditional culture,innovate talent training mode and estab-lish construction concept of campus culture with core of ＆quot; morality and ability construction,in-novation and dedication＆quot;.Meanwhile,it puts forward to promote Luban culture and implement Luban project,and explores the new path of campus culture construction of Luban Heirs. |
