膦胺配体的合成及其与铬(Ⅲ)化合物催化乙烯齐聚的性能

摘    要: 合成新型的PNP型膦胺配体,并采用核磁共振氢谱、质谱、元素分析对其结构和组成进行了表征。将不同配体、主催化剂乙酰丙酮铬和助催化剂MAO作为催化体系催化乙烯齐聚反应,考察配体类型、反应温度、反应压力等因素对催化活性和辛烯-1选择性的影响。结果表明,PNP型膦胺配体N上取代基的性质和工艺反应条件对该催化体系催化乙烯齐聚反应的催化活性和齐聚产物α-烯烃的分布有很大影响。催化活性最高可以达到5.6×106g/(molCr·h),辛烯-1的选择性达到64.6%。

Abstract:New PNP ligands were synthesized and characterized by means of 1H NMR, EI-MS and CHN elemental analysis. The ethylene oligomerization over the catalyst system of PNP ligand, Cr(acac)3 and MAO was carried out to investigate the performance of the catalyst system, in which Cr(acac)3 was used as main catalyst and MAO as cocatalyst. The results indicated that the substitution on N of PNP ligand and the reaction conditions made a strong impact on catalytic capability of the catalyst system and the distribution of α-olefins, the oligomerized products. The highest activity of this catalyst system was 5.6×106g/(molCr·h)) and the selectivity of octene-1 was up to 64.6%.
