| 摘 要： | 本文在项目施工管理实践的基础上，总结了一套行之有效的项目管理方法。成功的项目管理使经营成本不断的下降．企业利润比未实行项目管理时提高了3～5个百分点．在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地．并为今后的发展打下了坚实的基础．积累了丰富的经验。
