| 摘 要： | 分析了夹壳类零件的冲压工艺和采用级进模生产的可行性及难点,阐述了排样设计方案,介绍了模具结构特点。模具经调整后,加工的零件尺寸精度、外观质量均满足设计要求。

| Abstract: | The stamping technique for the shell component and the feasibility and difficulties in aPplying progressive die to manufacture were analyzed. The layout scheme and structural feature of die were described. The precision of component dimensions and appearance quality was in response to the design requirements. |
