基于非平稳信号处理的交流串励电机无传感器测速

摘    要:分析了根据交流串励电机空载起动电流波形获取转速的基本思路,给出了采用短时傅立叶变换(STFT)解决这一问题的具体方法,并与采用谱分析、小波分析等其它非平稳信号处理技术的方法进行了实验比较。从实验结果看,STFT计算时间短,精度高,效果较为理想。给出的基于非平稳信号处理技术的转速检测方法,经适当改变,同样适用于其它有刷电机。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the method of sensorless speed detection during the no-coupling motor testing.The method to solve this problem based on STFT is worked out,the experiments show the effect is ideal as the high precision results can be obtained within short time using this method.The comparison between the methods using STFT and other unstable signal processing methods are also given out.The sensorless speed detection method given out in this paper can al- so be used to detect speed of other types of brush motors.
