褐煤阴燃转化为焰火燃烧的试验研究

摘    要:为了考察褐煤阴燃转化为焰火燃烧的机理和临界条件,从而为煤层阴燃火灾的预防提供理论依据,设计和制作了巷道中煤层阴燃转化为焰火燃烧的试验装置,采用该试验装置,研究了巷道中煤层阴燃转化为焰火燃烧时的温度、CO浓度和氧气浓度。试验结果表明:当阴燃面温度呈上升趋势且达到煤的着火点、阴燃面的O2浓度达到或超过煤焰火燃烧的最低值时,阴燃就转化为焰火燃烧;试验测定出褐煤阴燃转化为焰火燃烧时的临界温度为284.6~357.9℃,CO的临界体积分数为0.018 754~0.032 058,O2的临界体积分数为3.3%~8.7%。
