华北地区低流速水管防冻研究

摘    要:针对冬季露天低流速水管系统防冻问题,讨论了采用绝热保温加电热伴暖方式对低流速水管进行防冻处理的方案,分析了管道壁温在双位控制器监控下的动态特性,提出了计算加热电缆运行功率以及计算管道保温层"经济厚度"的计算公式.研究结果表明:该防冻方案完全可靠,管道保温层经济厚度与电价、加热电缆功率设计、保温材料价格等因素有关.

Abstract:In order to prevent the tube with low speed water in the open air from freezing in north China, a method by using thermal insulation & electrical heating technology is proposed. Some basic principles of thermodynamics are adopted to study the dynamic character of the water temperature that is under the control of the on-off adjuster. Based on the analyses, specific optimum programs aiming to meet the requirements of different practical conditions were obtained. Results show that this protection method is reliable and the optimum thermal insulation layer thickness is related to the electric price, heating power of electric cable and the price of thermal insulation material.
