摘    要:研究了BaO-TiO_2系中Ba_2Ti_9O_(20)相的形成规律。结果表明:BaO-TiO_2系中,不加任何添加剂可以合成Ba_2Ti_9O_(20)相;在BaO-TiO_2系中Ba:Ti=2:9附近存在一个很窄的单相Ba_2Ti_9O_(20)区;烧结阶段Ba_2Ti_9O_(20)相的最终合成并不依赖于预烧阶段部分此相的形成;通氧烧结对Ba_2Ti_9O_(20)相的形成影响不大,但可以抑制钛的变价。实验还发现,Ba_2Ti_9O_(20)陶瓷化学计量比的偏离将导致微波下介电常数的下降。

Abstract:The formation of Ba_2Ti_9O_(20) phase in BaO-TiO_2 system is discussed in the paper. The results show that Ba_2Ti_9O_(20) phase can be formed without any additives in the BaO-TiO_2 system. In BaO-TiO_2 system, around the ratio Ba:Ti=2:9, there exists a very small composition region forming Ba_2Ti_9O_(20). The formation of Ba_2Ti_9O_(20) phase in the sintering process doesn't depend on the formation of Ba_2Ti_9O_(20) phase in the pre-sintering process. The oxygen atmosphere in the sintering process doesn't affect the formation of Ba_2Ti_9O_(20) phase, but it restrains the change of Ti4+valence, In addition, the deviatiOn from stoichiometry for Ba_2Ti_9O_(20) ceramics decreases the dielectric constant at microwave frequencies. .
