| 摘 要： | 本文分析了一般铁路运输事故与乏燃料运输事故分级方法的不同之处,并根据乏燃料运输安全分析的特殊要求,将铁路运输事故分成4大类10种事故景象,提出了一种适用于乏燃料铁路运输安全分析的铁路运输事故统计方法。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis ot the ditterence between the accident severity categoriza-tion used in the Ministry of Railway and that used in the safety analysis of the transportingspent fuel,a method used for the classification of the railway accident in accordance with therequirement of the safety analysis of transporting spent fuel is suggested in this paper.Themethod classfies the reilway accidents into 10 scenarios and make it possible to scale the acci-dent throngh directly using the data documented by the Ministry of Railway without any ad-ditional effort. |
