关于四川有色金属工业"十一五"发展思路的思考

作者针对性地分析了四川有色金属行业面临的发展趋势。对“十一五”四川有色金属工业发展指导思想及发展目标提出了一已之见。提出的发展思路是：1．优先发展具有四川特色的稀有金属工业；2．努力打造水电-有色冶金产品（铝、硅）链；3．持续开发攀西川西有色矿产资源，积极稳健地发展四川重有色金属工业；4．强力推行清洁生产和循环经济，搞好环境保护和综合利用。

Thinking about the Development Strategy of Sichuan Nonferrous Metals Industry During the "11th Five- year plan"

Based on the analysis of development trend of Sichuan Nonferrous Metals Industry,author proposed several advices on the guiding idea and development target of Sichuan Nonferrous Metals Industry in this article.(1)Prior development of Sichuan featured rare-metals industry;(2)Make efforts to establish the chain of hydraulic power-nonferrous metals products(aluminum,silicon);(3)Sustained exploitation of Panxi region's mineral resources of nonferrous metals,active and steadily developing Sichuan heavy nonferrous metals industry;(4)Given and impetus to cleaner production and Cyclic economy,taking an effort for environmental protection and comprehensive utilization.
