摘    要:本文以LM6000PD航改型燃气轮机为研究对象,详细介绍了干式低排放DLE(Dry Low Emission)燃烧室的结构特点及燃烧模式。以ABC燃烧模式为例,详细阐述了该模式下燃烧调整的基本过程,找出了该模式下平均火焰温度以及外、内环火焰温度的控制区间和运行曲线,确定了机组安全、稳定运行边界。并对调整试验期间NOx、CO排放浓度以及动态压力波动Px36的变化规律进行了分析。

Abstract:The LM6000PD aeroderivative gas turbine is taken as the research object, the structural characteristics and combustion mode of the Dry Low Emission ( DLE) combustion chamber are described in detail. In ABC combustion mode, the present study explains the basic process of combustion tuning. It also defines the operating curves of the average flame temperature, the inner and outer ring flame temperature. Finally, the safety and stability boundary is established. The variation of NOx, CO emission concentration and dynamic pressure fluctuation ( Px36) during the tuning process are analysed in the end.
