北京进出口水产品中259株霍乱弧菌分离株的耐药性研究

摘    要:目的对北京进出口水产品中259株霍乱弧菌分离株的耐药性进行研究。方法采用纸片扩散法对259株霍乱弧菌分离株进行药敏性试验,共选择10大类21种抗生素。结果所测试的259株菌株对庆大霉素、阿米卡星、诺氟沙星、妥布霉素、强力霉素及亚胺培南的敏感率高,均在95%以上;对除亚胺培南外20种抗生素都具有不同程度的耐药性,其中对链霉素和多粘菌素B耐药率较高,分别为36.3%和54.1%。所有菌株对21种抗生素均有不同程度的中介反应,其中链霉素、卡那霉素、多粘菌素B及红霉素中介率较高,分别为50.2%、44.0%、43.2%和83.4%;其中93株表现为多重耐药性。结论北京地区水产品中霍乱弧菌分离株对所测试的抗生素存在大量的中介和耐药情况,应加强对霍乱弧菌耐药性的监测力度。

Abstract:ABSTRACT: Objective To study the drug resistance of 259 strains of Vibrio cholerae isolated from aquatic products in Beijing. Methods Totally 259 of Vibrio cholerae strains were tested for drug sensitivity by disk diffusion method, and 21 kinds of antibiotic were selected from 10 categories. Results The sensitivity of 259 strains to gentamicin, amikacin, norfloxacin, tobramycin, doxycycline and imipenem was higher than 95%. Except imipenem, the strains showed different degrees of resistance the other 20 antibiotics, among which the drug resistance rates of streptomycin and polymyxin B were 35.21% and 56.89%, respectively. All of the 21 antibiotics were mediated by different degree, among which, the mediation rates of streptomycin, kanamycin, polymyxin B and erythromycin had higher intermediation rate, which were 52.06%, 41.30%, 40.57% and 84.42% respectively, and 93 of them showed multiple drug resistance. Conclusion The Vibrio cholerae isolated from aquatic products in Beijing is highly mediated and resistant to the tested antibiotics, so the monitoring of the drug resistance of Vibrio cholerae should be strengthened.
