摘    要:摘 要: 目的:为了正确评估液相色谱法测定植物油中苯并(a)芘含量的准确性。方法:依据GB5009.27-2016《食品安全国家标准 食品中苯并(a)芘的测定》测定食用油中苯并(a)芘的含量,建立液相色谱-荧光检测器法测定食用油中苯并(a)芘的不确定度数学模型,通过分析其测定的过程,确定影响测定结果的不确定度主要分量来源,并计算出扩展不确定度。结果:称样量约为1g时,测量结果为:17.2μg/kg,扩展不确定度Up为1.3μg/kg,合成不确定度U C-rel 为3.9×10-2μg/kg,包含因子k=2。结论:该方法的建立可以有效评价食用油中苯并(a)芘的不确定度,为测量的准确性提供可靠的依据。

Abstract:Abstract: objective: to evaluate the accuracy of determination of benzo (a) pyrene in vegetable oil by liquid chromatography. Methods: on the basis of GB5009.27-2016 "national food safety standards on the determination of benzene and (a) pyrene in food, determination of benzene in cooking oil and the content of (a) pyrene, establish performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with fluorescence detector method of determination of benzene in cooking oil and the uncertainty of (a) pyrene mathematical model, through the analysis of the process of its determination, determine influence the determination results of uncertainty sources of main component, and calculate the expanded uncertainty. Results: when the sample quantity was about 1g, the measurement result was 17.2 g/kg, the extended uncertainty Up was 1.3 g/kg, and the synthetic uncertainty U c-rel was 3.9×10-2 g/kg, including factor k=2. Conclusion: this method can effectively evaluate the uncertainty of benzo (a) pyrene in edible oil and provide a reliable basis for the accuracy of measurement.
