空气罐对泵站水锤的防护效果研究

摘    要:为了开展空气罐对泵站水锤防护效果方面的研究,以山西省长治市辛安泉工程西仵泵站为研究对象,根据水锤计算的基本原理,建立了空气罐数学模型;借助于数值模拟计算分析泵站发生停泵水锤时无阀防护、液控蝶阀与空气阀防护、液控蝶阀与空气罐防护、液控蝶阀空气阀加空气罐联合防护等工况下的水锤压力变化规律,根据分析结果,提出了利用液控蝶阀、空气阀和一定体积的空气罐对泵站水锤进行联合防护的新思路。研究过程中,将空气罐直径作为变量,以此模拟空气罐体积对水锤防护效果的影响,从而得出了液控蝶阀、空气阀加空气罐联合防护时的水锤防护效果最佳的结论。研究成果对于其他供水工程的水锤防护具有借鉴意义,可为长距离供水工程水锤防护提供新的思路与参考。

Abstract:In this paper, we analyzed the prevention effect of air vessel against water hammer in pumping station based on the Xiwu pumping station in Changzhi City, Shanxi Province. The mathematical model of the air vessel was proposed according to the basic calculation principles of water hammer. Numerical simulations were carried out to study how water hammer pressure changes under various work conditions (without valve, butterfly valve and air valve, butterfly valve and air vessel, butterfly valve and air valve and air vessel). Based on the results of numerical simulation, we propose to use the combination of butterfly valve, air valve and air vessel control to prevent the water hammer, which gives a new way for prevention of water hammer. Then, we take the diameter of air vessel as variable to simulate the effects of air vessel volume. The results showed that the combination of butterfly valve, air valve and air vessel is the best way for water hammer prevention. These researches can supply reference meaning to water hammer prevention in other long-distance water supply projects.
