摘    要:圈圩养殖和围垦种植、侵占湖泊,是江苏省里下河湖区面临的主要问题。编制实施方案、实施退圩还湖已成为解决里下河湖区面临的防洪排涝、水环境、水生态问题的主要方法之一。为了更好地推进退圩还湖工程的实施,针对退圩还湖实施方案的内容和退圩还湖实施以后的效果开展研究非常必要。详细介绍了蜈蚣湖退圩还湖实施方案涵盖的内容,并运用平原河网水动力模型,分析研究了退圩还湖工程实施以后对湖泊水动力和水环境的影响。研究结果表明:退圩还湖恢复了湖泊水体,并使得湖泊的水动力条件增强,湖泊的自净能力得到提高,有利于湖泊湿地环境的改善,对恢复和维持良好的湖泊生态具有积极的意义。研究成果可为相关退圩还湖实施方案的编制提供参考和依据,为退圩还湖工程的实施提供理论支撑。

Abstract:Aquatic breeding and reclamation in polder are the main problems in the Lixia lake region. Preparing plan of returning polder to lake and its implementation are the primary means to solve the problems such as flood control and drainage, water environment and water ecology in the Lixia lake region. In order to promote the implementation of returning polder to lake, it is necessary to study its content and influence. This paper presents the content of returning polder to lake in detail, and analyzes the influence on hydrodynamics and water environment of the lake environment. The results show that returning polder to lake helps to restore the water, enhance the hydrodynamic conditions, improve the self-purification ability and wetland environment of the lake, which have positive effects on the restoration and maintenance of the lake ecology. The research results provide references for drafting returning polder to lake plan and its implementation.
