纳米材料电化学传感器在食品检测中的应用

纳米材料目前已广泛应用于传感器领域,纳米材料电化学传感器相对于质谱,色谱等传统的检测方法来说,具有操作简单、响应快速、费用消耗低、灵敏度高等优点,因此在食品检测领域有重要应用。本文对纳米材料电化学传感器在食品农药残留、兽药残留、真菌毒素、污染物、微生物等检测方面的应用进行了综述,对纳米材料电化学传感器的优势进行了分析,以期为该技术的应用提供参考依据。

Application of nanomaterial electrochemical sensor in food detection

With the increase of material level , The requirements for food quality and safety are getting higher and higher. In recent years, food safety issues has attracted widespread attention, such as the exceed standard of food additives,pesticide residues,veterinary drug residue,mycotoxin,contamination and Smicroorganism.The traditional detection methods such as spectroscopy,Schromatography and Senzyme linked immunosorbent assay can not meet the need for food testing due to high price, slow detection and unportable equipment.Electrochemical sensor detection technology is widely used in the analysis and detection of food due to its advantages such as portable equipment,low price, fast analysis and so on.
