基于有限元法的电机隔爆外壳设计

摘    要:引入爆轰理论并深入分析了爆炸性气体混合物的爆炸机理,结合防爆标准合理地选择了壳体的材质。同时运用弹塑性力学理论对外壳强度进行理论计算,得出外壳的壳体壁厚、法兰厚度等初始参数。并利用SolidW orks软件进行三维建模,然后在COSMOSworks软件中进行有限元分析,根据分析结果对壳体结构进行改进,实践证明,防爆性能良好。
