钢管端头漏磁检测技术

摘    要:在传统的钢管检测中,通过磁粉法来确定钢管端头的缺陷,费时、费力又不可靠。分析了钢管端头和端头缺陷的磁场分布,用ANSYS软件模拟分析了加入引体对端头磁场的影响,确定了附加引体的钢管端头漏磁检测方法,并通过试验验证了其可行性。

Abstract:Traditional magnetic particle inspection of the head of steel tube was time-consuming, strenuous and unreliable. The magnetic fields of tube head and defect were analyzed. The effect of additional tube on the field of tube head was analyzed by using software ANSYS. The feasibility of magnetic flux leakage testing of the tube head with additional tube was proved by experiments.
