基于STM32芯片的分布式电机测试系统

摘    要:针对传统电机测试设备操作复杂、维修困难以及价格昂贵等局限性,设计出一种基于STM32芯片的高性能电机自动测试系统。其采用RS485总线进行模块通信,CAN总线汇总整体测试数据,以及利用旋转编码器对电机进行位置监测,具有分析比较、存储记录、实时显示和自动测试等功能。按照电机试验标准的规定,实现了各测试项目的自动测试过程。实际测试结果表明,该系统设计合理,检测精度高,抗干扰能力强并且操作简单。

Abstract:In accordance with complicated operation,maintenance problems limitations of the traditional motor test equipment and expensive price,to design a test system for motors base on STM32 processor.The system communicate by RS485 bus and aggregate test data by can bus and monitor the motor’s displacement by rotary encoder.It has intelligent features such asanalysis,storage record,real time display and automatic test.According to criterion of motor test,auto-measuring for all items can be realized.The results of the practical application show that the system has such advantages as reasonable design,high precision and strong anti-disturbance,as well as easy operation.
