企业一体化经营战略探讨

本文以铜陵有色金属(集团)公司为例,探讨一体化经营战略在有色企业中的运用。笔者分析认为,新形势下有色联合企业,可通过横向一体化战略的实施,迅速壮大规模,提高产业集中度,获得规模经济和协同效应。通过纵向一体化战略实施,可调整现有企业中不合理的产品结构,延长产品链,提高附加值,增强企业抗风险能力。同时强调,企业在实施一体化战略时,要从实际出发,结合自身条件,立足主体产业,既要有战略眼光,又要稳步向前推进,规避一体化经营的风险。

Discussion on integrative managerial strategy of an enterprise

The operationalzation of an integrative managerial strategy for Tongling Nonfer-rous Metals Group Company taken as an example of nonferrous enterprises is discussed.The author procured scale merit and coordinative and synengetic effects by way of accomplish-ment of horizontal integrative managerial strategy to expand scale rapidly and to concentrate industrial power.United nonferrous enterprises may also procure value-added merit and en-hance risk-resisting power by way of accomplishment of vertical integrative managerial strategy to adjust irrational structure of products and extend product chain.However,it should be pointed out that the enterprise shall attach importance to stand on a footing of her supporting and main products proceeding from actual internal and external conditions,i.e.,the enterpris-es shall develop steadily and on the other hand shall consciously predict and get rid of poten-tial risk possibly arised from integrative management.
