浅谈人力资源管理中激励机制的运用

摘    要:随着世界经济一体化进程的加快,资源也将随之步入全球一体化的范畴,人作为企业资源中最重要的要素之一,不可避免卷入这场资源争夺战之中。中国已正式加入WTO,在世界经济竞争大潮中,如何才能立足于不败之地,人力资源的有效运用将成为决定性因素。本文就如何建立及运用激励机制,以发挥人力资源最大优势做了初步探讨。

Abstract:As resou rces being gradually incorporated in global integrate consequent on ac-celerat ion of integrative trend of global economy,human acting as the most important element of resources of enterprices is bound to involve in world competition fo r resources.China's WTO entry means that China is henceforward involved in worl d economic competition.And thus in order to gain a stable footing in the world ,one must effectively utilize human re-sources that become the decisive facto r.In this paper,a discussion on how to set up and op-erate the encouraging sy stem to give full play of human resources being the most powerful su-periority is presented.
