In this paper, an exploratory discussion on overall strategy of nonferrous metal enterprises after China's WTO entry with Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group Corp. taken as an example. To begin with, the professional and industrial orientation of the Corp., its superiorities and inferier position are analyzed. Applying strategical thearies for enterprises in light of the specific conditions of the Corp., a vertical professional and industrial integration strategy and its correlated pluralistic strategies that should be realized in a spell of work from now on.
