球磨机反转可行性分析

摘    要:我厂现用的球磨机都是一个方向旋转。当大齿轮单面使用周期到后,需要翻面,这就需要停磨3~4天,且检修工作量也大。若使球磨机反转,就可以直接使用大齿轮的另一面。本文通过对小轴承座.大瓦等部位的受力分析,从理论方面对球磨机的反转可行性进行了分析。

Abstract:In our Heating Power plant, ball mills rotate all in one and fixed direction during productional operation till the useful life of one of single sides of its big gear is over. Conventionally, it is needed to change the original side of its big gear and stop the ball mill operating for 3-4 days therefor. On the other hand , if the reverse rotation of the ball mill is feasible, the other side of its big gear can be directly used while the operation of the ball mill can still be continuous, and such as shutdown of the ball mill can be thus avoided. Moreover, the feasibility analysis of reverse rotation of ball mills is mainly presented in this paper
