| 摘 要： | 本文详细讨论了轧制Cu/Al复合翅片管的生产工艺,通过分析生产过程中轧制压下量、外管壁厚、组状态和芯头螺旋角对复合管成形的影响,找到了Cu/Al复合管的变形规律,最后总结出了其最佳生产工艺。

| Abstract: | An optimal technology for production of rolled Cu/Al composite fin tube prod-ucts was discussed and analyzed.The deforming rule of the tubes was found through number-ous tests and studies on main factors which influence the deformation of external fin and in-ternal convex rib of Cu/Al composite fin tube.Finally,the optimal technology for production of the tube was summarized. |
