摘    要:以天津第一煤气厂外输煤气管道中,脉动气流的测量为研究对象,对不满足ISO/TR3313中规定的多脉动源形成的复杂脉动流对孔板流量计的影响进行了研究;介绍了实际管道中的复杂脉动流的形成及传输过程;分析了孔板在脉动流动下的响应;结合现场的实际情况提出了孔板流量计计量误差的估计方法。还通过对实际管道中复杂脉动流的迈动幅值及频率的大量测试和分析,得出不同脉动工况下的计量误差范围,并用现场标定的方法对结果进

Abstract:In this paper,in order to measure the pulsating gas flow in trannsmission pipe of Tianjin First Coal Gas plant, authors studied the influeences of complex pulsating gas flow on the orifice flowmeter.The complex pulsating gas flow unconformity with the criterion of ISO/TR 3313. Authors introduced the process of formation and tra nportation of the complex pulsating flow,analyzed the response of orifice to complex pulsating flow and put forward a method for estimating the error of indicated flow rate of orifice flowmeters for practical process.In this paper authors measured and analyzed the pulsating amplitude and pulsating frequency,estimated the error area in measuring flow rate under different pulsation conditions,tested and amended the error by practical calibration.
