摘    要:上世纪末以来,我国企业特别是制造业,面临经营环境的迅速变化,市场不断成熟并竞争全球化。解决产品市场寿命缩短和新产品开发周期延长的问题是摆在企业面前的严峻课题。在这一背景下,将产品开发周期分为产品设计阶段和产品制造阶段,并重点分析了影响产品设计阶段快速响应的因素基础上,为提高产品设计响应速度提出了较为行之有效的方法和措施。

Abstract:Enterprises,especially those in manufacturing industry of China,have been confronted with changing business conditions,increasingly mature market and global competition.It has become a serious issue for enterprises to solve the problems that product life is short ened and development cycle of new products is extended.Under such circumstances,product development cycle is divided into design and manufacture phase in this paper.Based on analysis of factors which influence rapid response in product design phase,the paper puts forward some effective measures to improve response speed of product design.
