固定化微生物制剂在改良水质及网箱养殖中的应用研究

摘    要:采用固定化方法对微生物菌种进行固定,水质分析实验表明其仍具有活性,且对氨氮的降解效果比较好。应用于生产,试验表明有显著的降低氨氮、增加溶氧、保持pH稳定作用,对降解亚硝酸氮作用不明显。通过在大水面网箱养殖中使用固定化微生物制剂,证明了该方法对大水面局部水域有控制作用,是值得推广的水质改良技术。

Abstract:The immobilizing method was adopted to immobilize microorganism,which is still active as shown by water quality analysis.When applied into production,the immobilized microorganism could effectively reduce ammonia nitrogen.With the supplementation of immobilized cells,the dissolved oxygen and stability of pH significantly increased while there was no obvious effect on nitrite nitrogen.It was proved that the immobilized method used in this study can control large water areas;therefore,this technology is a valuable method and can be widely used to improve water quality.
