再生混凝土配合比设计试验研究

摘    要:对粗骨料取代率为100%的再生混凝土和易性、抗压强度和配合比进行了试验研究,着重分析了水灰比、单位用水量和砂率对再生混凝土和易性及强度的影响。研究表明:水灰比是影响再生混凝土和易性及抗压强度的最主要因素,合理砂率为0.35~0.40。通过试验回归了再生混凝土强度和水灰比的关系。

Abstract:Workability,compressive strength and the mixture ratio design of recycled concrete with 100% of recycled coarse aggregate are studied.The influence of water-cement ratio,water content and sand ratio on workability and strength of recycled aggregate concrete is investigated.The results show that the water-cement ratio was the main factor that influences on the workability and compressive strength of recycled aggregate concrete,and the optimal sand ratio is from 0.35 to 0.4.The relationship between compressiv...
