摘    要:研究了基于法布里一珀罗(F-P)干涉原理的角度调谐的滤波器特性,使用自制的滤波器进行可调谐掺Er^3 光纤激光器实验。当980nm泵浦功率为30mW时获得了稳定的单纵模激光输出,输出功率约。0.65mW,线宽低于0.1m,在35.76nm波长调谐范围内功率变化不超过1dB,边模抑制比(SMSR)大于35dB;泵浦功率为46mW时获得了最大的输出功率,约为1mW。

Abstract:The characteristic of Fabry-Perot(F-P) filter which features the angle-tuning technique was illustrated in this paper and the corresponding filter that we designed was used in a erbium-doped fiber loop so as to construct a wavelength-tuning fiber laser.In the experiments,when the pump power of 980 nm laser diode(LD) reaches 30 mW,Robust single mode lasing was obtained with output power of 0.65 mW with bandwidth less than 0.1 nm.The power fluctuation of the laser is less than 1 dB and side mode suppression ratio(SMSR) is more than 35 dB at the tunable arrange of 35.76 nm.When the pump power is 46 mW,The largest output power reaches around 1 mW.
