摘    要:研究了具有重要实用价值的绿色太阳光谱反射涂层的近红外反射率,探讨了影响涂层反射性能的因素.通过采用新型颜料体系,优化配方组成,并对有关填料进行了特殊处理,提高了有效反射成分在体系中的含量,研制出了近红外反射率达78.7%的军用绿色太阳光谱反射涂层,并对其性能进行了研究.结果表明,其近红外反射,陛能比目前国内外同类型材料有较大幅度上升,拓展了其应用领域。

Abstract:The infrared reflectivity of green solar reflective coat, a widely used material, and the factors that affect the infrared reflectivity were studied. By the way of adopting new pigments system, optimizing the ingredients of the coatings and the special processing on some padding, the contents of efficient reflective components is improved in the coatings and a military-used green color solar reflective coating is developed, of which the tailored infrared reflectivity reaches 78.7 %. The result indicates a much higher near infrared reflectivity than that of other materials of the same type, and a wider application is suggested.
