锂离子电池阴极材料LiCo_xMn_(2-x)O_4的研究

摘    要:以甘氨酸为配合剂,用溶胶-凝胶法制备了掺钴的锂离子电池阴极材料LiCoxMn2-xO4,用XRD、SEM等方法研究了掺钴量、烧结温度等因素对LiCoxMn2-xO4的结构、表面形貌及电化学性能的影响,实验结果表明,烧结温度为750℃,x=0.12时,LiCoxMn2-xO4的电化学性能最佳。

Study on Cobalt-doped LiCoxMn2-xO4 as Cathode Materials for Lithium Ion Battery
Abstract:Cobalt doped LiCoxMn2-xO4 as cathode materials for lithium ion battery were prepared by sol gel method using glycine as chelating agent. The effects of cobalt quantity and sintering temperature on the structure, surface morphology and electrochemical properties of LiCoxMn2-xO4 were investigated by means of XRD, SEM and electrochemical methods. The results showed when x=0.12 and the sintering temperature is 750℃, LiCoxMn2-xO4 display the best electrochemical properties.
