SiO2-MgO-CeO2烧结过程中的相变

摘    要:对SiO2一MgO—CeO2体系在1250~1750℃进行常压烧结,并用XRD进行了相分析。结论是,对Mg元素而言,在高温下,当原料中MgO含量较高时,Mg元素以MgO和硅酸盐晶体存在;当原料中的MgO含量较低时,总是以硅酸盐的形式存在;对Ce元素而言,在烧结温度较低时,Ce元素主要以晶体形式存在;在烧结温度较高时,Ce元素主要以硅酸盐的形式存在,始终没有CeO2析出。

Abstract:SiO 2-MgO-CeO 2 ceramics were prepared by Pressureless Sintering. The phase composition and transformation was studied by means of XRD. The conclusion is that: As far as Mg element, it exists in the style of MgO and silicate crystal with the high percentage of MgO in the raw materials while in the style of silicate crystal with low percentage of MgO in the raw materials. As far as Ce element it exists in the style crystal at low sintering temperature , while in silicate at high sintering temperature ,with no CeO 2 separating out.
