FC-12/FC-16再生催化剂在加氢裂化装置上的应用

摘    要:加氢裂化装置的裂化催化剂FC-12/FC-16卸出进行器外再生,与新购进的裂化催化剂HC-26L、HC-26、DHC-32LT级配,后精制采用HDN-1加氢精制催化剂。回装后装置开工运行情况良好,在保证下游重整装置石脑油需求的情况下,柴油收率比上一生产周期提高了5%,干气和液化气产率明显降低,各产品质量合格,催化剂各床层温度匹配合理,达到了预期目的。

Abstract:The cracking catalyst FC-12/FC-16 used in a hydrocracking unit was recycled outside of the reactor and the regenerated catalyst was graded with the new catalysts HC-26L,HC-26 and DHC-32LT.The HDN-1 hydrofining catalyst was used in finish refining.The unit using the refined catalysts performed very well and while the naphtha demand from downstream reforming units is met,the diesel recovery of the unit increased by 5% over the previous production cycle,the yields of dry gas and liquefied gas dropped significantly,all products produced were up to snuff and a rational matching of temperature was achieved among all catalyst beds.
