NiO/Co/Cu/Co/NiFe自旋阀多层膜研究

摘    要:采用射频磁控溅射方法制备了一系列自旋阀多层膜。在Cu/NiFe界面处插入适当厚度的Co薄层,可增强界面处的自旋相关散射,增大自旋阀的MR值。用绝缘材料NiO作钉扎层,在大磁场中淀积了NiO/Co/Cu/Co/NiFe底自旋阀,其最大MR值达6%。

Abstract:Experimentally, a series of spin valves multilayer films composed of two ferromagnetic layers of different co-ercivities separated by a noble metal layer,are fabricalted by RF magnetron sputtering technique. Inserting a thin Co layer of proper thickness at the Cu/NiFe interface will improve the spin valves' MR ratios because it increases the interface spin dependent scattering. Biased with insulting antiferromagnetic NiO layer,NiO/Co/Cu/Co/NiFe bottom spin valves multilayer films are fabricated in a large deposit magnetic field. The maximum MR value of latter structure is 6% .
